This
is the second of many Halloween designs I'll be posting. My spiderweb
nails were fun and easy to create. Just one coat of Sally Hansen
Hard as Nails Black Heart as the base coat. For the spiderwebs I used
two nail art polishes: Milani White Canvas traced over LA Colors
Silver.
