I
needed a break from the red/pink/lavender palette I've been using for
my Valentine's Day designs. I'm feeling greens, blues and teals
lately. Here's the first in a series of mermaid-inspired manis I'll
be doing. For this one I used OPI Blasted in Turquoise over Sally
Hansen Xtreme Wear Lime Lights.
