This isn't a
new design but it's one of my favorites from SH' nail polish strips
collection. It's perfect for a spring-into-summer look!

Nail of the Week: Revlon Sheer Seafoam
I
usually don't have the patience for sheer polishes because it takes
so many layers to build up some actual color payoff. This shade, from
Revlon's Spring/Summer 2012 limited edition Escapism collection, was
worth the effort.
It
took me 6 heavy layers to get it as dark as I wanted, but I love the
result—it has a beautiful glasslike quality and it's so glossy that
no topcoat was needed. Teals are hot right now and this shade is a
great choice if you want a toned-down look.
Sally Hansen's New Pedicure Nail Polish Strips
This is the first pedicure collection I've seen for SH's blockbuster nail polish strips. These are very cute and hopefully as easy to apply as the manicure strips.

Retro Nails: Revlon Cherries in the Snow
It's
been a while since I've done one of my “Old Skool” posts paying
tribute to a makeup item that has stood the test of time.
Revlon's
Cherries in the Snow was introduced in 1952 which means women have
been seducing men with this classic red shade for fifty years.
Cherries is a true red, just slightly on the pink side. It's outlived several other longstanding Revlon nail classics including Wine with Everything
and Love That Pink.

Sally Hansen Rock of Ages Nail Polish Strips
Here's
yet another reason to love SH's nail polish strips—no toxic fumes!
Be
ready for the June 15 release of Rock of Ages with a pick from this
newest limited edition—the designs are funky, fresh and fun. I
especially like Ready to Rock and Amp it Up.

Sally Hansen Nail Polish Strips: More Spring Designs
SH
is bringing out the new designs faster than I can keep up. I make a
point of showing them on my blog because they're such a hot item
right now and I get so much positive feedback from my readers whenever I
post the latest.
I
first spotted this collection a few weeks ago but it took a
few tries to find a location that had them all in stock. Finally found one yesterday (Ulta in Peabody Massachusetts). Some great
picks for Spring here—I especially like Good Morning Glory.
Nail of the Week: Easter Peeps
I'm
still getting the hang of applying these Sally Hansen nail polish
strips, but here's my best effort. This adorable Easter print is
called Not a Peep.
